Shield RMSc Footprint Standard
Was bedeutet ein „Footprint“?

I'd been hesitant to spend so much on a mount for an otherwise mid-grade red dot optic that I recently decided to mount on my S/S Ruger Mk II Bull Barrel. After having rescued it from a shelf in my gun safe, some range time identified various issues which I was subsequently able to resolve, and during this time I was rediscovering how much fun this gun is to shoot. I'm pushing 68, and have found that optics enable me to shoot markedly better once I become familiar with the associated rig. I therefore bought the optics along with a Picatinny rail (that I'll be mounting after I drill and tap the receiver), but wanted a suitable QD RMR mount that would be solid while allowing me to quickly default back to the iron sights if called for.
I just finished mounting my optics on this Contessa QD mount, and I couldn't be more impressed. It has some features that make it an unusually robust and reliable mount, is manufactured to very tight specs, and looks awesome.
Anyone who desires a top-notch QD mount for their optics would be well served to strongly consider this mount. It took a few weeks to make its way over from Europe where it's made, but it was certainly well worth the wait!
Perfect fit, got my Leupold Delta Point Pro set up on my Springfield XDM Elite 10mm. Thanks for a great product!

Plate was a exact fit for the Beretta apx A1. Took a couple minutes to determine which screws to should use. 5 star rating
very good replacement sight for my jerico. Need to be file a bit to fit in the slot.
Fits perfectly, fiber rods are very bright, installation easy
Installed this on my 92xi. Great product, however there is far too much solid thread locker on the bolts from the factory. So much so that both bolt heads snapped off during assembly. The only reason I am rating five stars is because Optics Spot support was incredibly helpful and prompt in resolving the issue on Beretta's behalf. Thank you Optics Spot. If not for the support staff I would be very unhappy, such an oversight is unacceptable from a premium brand.
The customer service was exceptional in helping me decide which company to order this plate from. Beretta answered my call, but had no solution for their inferior, soft screws. After 500 years I would think they could have solved such an easy problem, The plate arrived a few days earlier then originally scheduled. The plate fit the Beretta APX A1 RDO perfectly. The plate was rugged and the screws supplied were much better then the soft junk screws that Beretta supplies with their plate.
Danke Optics Spot:)
A genuine, high-quality product. The rear sight mount is too wide. I had to have it professionally filed down. After filing, it fits the rear sight. After that, installing the collimator is a simple matter. The communication with the store is excellent. We reached a fantastic agreement. Thank you very much for the good and friendly communication. I recommend this store and the products it offers.
